Welcome to the Coventry Schools and Early Years Portal
Here, Early Years providers will be able to perform some regular tasks such as headcount returns, assist parents and carers with two year old funding applications and to validate 30 hour eligibility codes. This portal will also be used by the Early Years team to send key messages related to the funding entitlements. You will receive notifications to the email address provided during portal registration to alert you to any messages so please look out for those.
Schools will also be able to view whether year 6 children have applied to secondary school and where they are moving to, verify claimed siblings on school applications, rank school applications and download Admissions Transfer Files.

Coventry City Council will use your personal information to provide services which facilitate children to access any entitlement to government funded early years education places. We will also share information about you with other internal Council departments to ensure that Childcare Providers are paid for the provision of Government funded hours. School Admissions Privacy Summary
